Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things don't go to plan
Please note that the first night’s accommodation will be charged at the time of booking as a deposit.
The full deposit will be refunded for a cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
If cancellation is COVID related (Border Closures, Lockdowns etc), the deposit will be transferred as a credit to be used within a timeframe as determined by management on an individual basis.
